Trail 285 Hydra Rear Wheel

New for 2024!  The Trail Hydra 285 sits right in the middle of Industry Nines mountain wheelset application table; the Hydra TR285 might be the “one” if you’re looking to make your mid-travel trail bike your main ride or if your mid-travel trail bike is your only bike. Built up on i9’s regarded Hydra 32h system hub and spoke chassis, TR285 features a 28.5mm inner width rim with a hollow bead wall for increased pinch flat protection and better impact resistance than the previous Trail rims. This means you can ride harder without worrying about damaging your tire or rim, and you can take bigger, steeper lines on burlier terrain. The Hydra drive mechanism ensures you have maximum control in the tech by way of i9’s insanely fast .52° freehub engagement, allowing you to maintain pressure and make micro-adjustments on switchbacks, step-ups or any other crux that keeps you from cleaning those tricky moves.
